You Haven't Lost Your Style.
You've Lost Touch With It.

Elevate is a 12-week guided coaching experience for women who are tired of guessing what to wear.

Then you stand in front of your wardrobe, and all of that clarity disappears.

You catch yourself in a shop window, a video call thumbnail, a photo somebody took at an event, and think: that's not how I see myself. It’s a small, quiet jolt. It sticks longer than it should.

You have plenty of clothes. But you still stand there some mornings with nothing to wear.

You buy things that looked right in the shop and never leave the wardrobe. Meanwhile you keep reaching for the same two or three outfits. Not because you love them, but because you know they'll do.

"It's do, rather than "It looks great!"

You're great at your job. You make decisions all day, for other people, without missing a beat.

I’ll take a guess that the life you're dressing for isn't the life you had five years ago.

a keynote, a wedding, an interview, a milestone birthday, and you genuinely don't know what to wear for it.

Maybe there's a big thing coming...

you've gone out on your own, or the kids have flown the nest.

Maybe your role's changed, or...

the things that used to work don't fit the same way now.

Maybe your body's changed, and...

Challenges you might be facing:

Vanity doesn't explain that feeling. A mismatch between how capable you feel and how you show up does. And it's worth fixing, not because the outside matters more than the inside, but because the two don't match right now, and you can feel it.

And yet this is the thing that quietly trips you up, every single morning.

You're capable of running a team, a business, a household, a hundred things a day that are objectively harder than getting dressed.

Whatever brought you here, the pattern's usually the same.

You're capable of running a team, a business, a household, a hundred things a day that are objectively harder than getting dressed.

Most women were never taught how to understand their own style.

You are told the rules instead, like what your body shape is (what you should hide), or given lists of "essentials" that don't suit your actual life. You are constantly encouraged to buy more, without ever thinking through what you really need.

Your personal style isn't a formula somebody else can hand you. It comes from understanding yourself:

what you like, how you want to feel, what your life actually looks like day to day.

That's what Elevate teaches you. Not a wardrobe overhaul.

A way of thinking that you'll use for the rest of your life.

You haven't lost your style. You've lost touch with it.

The version of you that you used to dress for is gone. Your life changed, your body changed, your role changed, but nobody sent a memo to your wardrobe. So you're on autopilot, buying the same safe things, and slowly feeling a bit less like yourself.

You've lost your style identity.

It's full, but it's broken. Pieces that don't work with each other. Things bought in hope that never got worn. A few reliable outfits carrying all the weight, while the rest hangs there doing nothing for you. Every morning dressing feels like a problem to solve, which is exhausting when you're already carrying everything else.

Your wardrobe isn’t working as a system.

Your body's changed, and the cuts and proportions that worked before no longer do. So even when you spend proper money on something good, it can still feel wrong. And you blame yourself for it when it’s not your fault. You’ve just never had the knowledge, or a real strategy.

You don't know what suits you now.

The pause in front of the wardrobe. The photo you delete before anyone sees it. The relief when something works and the disappointment when it doesn't. It’s not a crisis, but it's just a daily friction that adds up and quietly chips away at how you feel about yourself.

Getting dressed creates a low-level anxiety you don't admit out loud.

It's about four things stacking up quietly, usually all at once.

It's not really about the clothes.

Here's what's actually going on

None of this means you're bad at dressing.
It means nobody ever taught you how to do it properly, and you've been improvising for years.

The shrinking, and the upward spiral

You've heard all the midlife advice. Lift weights. Use HRT. Protect your sleep. Great advice, all of it.

But here's what nobody puts on that list, and I think they should: dressing better. It's possibly the fastest lever you have for feeling better.

Not the deepest. Not the only one that matters, but the fastest. You can shift your mood in the time it takes to get dressed, before your day's even got started.

Look good, feel good, might sound like a throwaway line, but it is true. Seeing your own reflection and feeling good about it matters more than you may admit. It's a message you send yourself before anyone else sees you: I matter enough to make an effort today. Ignore it for long enough, and something else creeps in.

There's a particular feeling that comes with grabbing the nearest drab, stretchy thing for the hundredth morning running. You know the one. Giving up looks exactly like that, once you've stopped noticing you're doing it. Clothing choices are often where it shows first.

And the reverse moves just as fast. Sort out how you show up, and something shifts. You stand differently. Say yes to things you'd usually try and get out of. People notice, not because you look younger, but because you look more considered, more like yourself.

Maybe you're waiting to lose weight before you'll let yourself care about what you wear, before you'll invest in anything new. But that's not how it works. It's the other way round. Start dressing with care now, in the body you have today; the rest follows. It's the halo effect: sort one part out and the rest catches up.

Yes, as we age, strength training and sleep matter. But with your style, you can change something today and look and feel different instantly.

The framework gives you the "how." The coaching and the community around you support and encourage you to actually implement it.

Elevate isn't a course you work through alone.

It's a 12-week style coaching programme: The Style Reset course, live coaching, honest expert feedback, and a community of women on the same journey to discover their style and themselves, alongside you.

The foundation. A structured course built on my 7 Rs framework, the same one from my book, Look Like the Leader You Are. Short, practical video lessons that take you from "I don't know where to start" to a clear, working understanding of your style: your colours, your core essential pieces, how to build outfits instead of just buying items.

So you stop guessing every time you get dressed.

The Style Reset

Here's what's inside Elevate.

Two live style coaching calls a month on Zoom, where you bring me your actual question. Does this jacket work? What do I wear to this event? Why isn't this outfit landing? Can you help me find a pair of navy wide-legged trousers? I'll advise you. I’ll give you a straight answer and tell you why. Can't make it live? Every coaching call is recorded, and you can submit your questions in advance.

So you're never stuck figuring out something alone.

Live Style Coaching Call

A live Zoom co-working session on a Saturday morning, where we go through wardrobes together. Show me your tricky pieces, your photos, and ask me about the things you don't know what to do with. Leave with clarity, not just more ideas.

So the things you already own start earning their place. And those that don’t, you can let go of.

Live Zoom wardrobe Review workshop

Each season, a bonus lesson on that season's recommended Core Essentials, plus my notes on exactly where to go for them.

So you always know what to prioritise next, and where to find it.

Seasonal Core Essentials

Live Zoom masterclass sessions with experts I trust, on other topics that shape how you look and feel: health, hair, make-up, confidence, presence. Style doesn't exist in isolation, and neither do you.

So you're building the whole picture, not just the wardrobe.

Guest Expert Masterclass

A private, supportive and safe space. Not a faceless group, a room. You'll ask questions, get honest feedback, and realise you're not the only capable woman who's stood in front of a full wardrobe with nothing to wear.

So you're doing this with other women like you, who get it.

Private online Community Hub

Direct advice, delivered with kindness

I won't leave you with ten vague options when I can see the answer clearly. I'll tell you what I think, and why.

But direct doesn't mean harsh.

There's no wardrobe shaming here. I don't put women into body-shape categories. I don't hand out a list every member is supposed to own. My job isn't to impose my style on you. It's to help you find yours by supporting you as you learn to apply my framework.

A digital and audio copy of Look Like the Leader You Are, so the 7 Rs framework is there whenever you need it, on your phone, in the car, wherever suits you.

So the thinking behind Elevate is always within reach, not just on the calls.

My Book, Digital and Audio

My go-to recommended stores, across all price points - the ones I actually use with my private clients.

So you're not just going to the same stores you’ve always gone to next time you need to buy something.

The Brand's Bible

And more bonuses that make it easier to act on:

You don't need an office job. You don't need a senior title. You don't need a wardrobe full of business wear.

Some members work from home. Some are employed, some run their own business. Some are in an office, some work remotely. Some live in cities, some live nowhere near one. Some wear jeans to work, some wear suits, some aren't working right now at all.

Your wardrobe needs to support the life you actually live, not someone else's version of it.

What actually connects Elevate members has very little to do with any of that. It's not a job title or a dress code. It's a type of woman. Smart, capable, down to earth. She wants to be doing something with her life, whatever that looks like for her right now, whether that's enjoying career success or a season where work isn't the focus at all. How she shows up matters to her, and she wants a style strategy to work that out, not another influencer or brand telling her what to wear.

I give you a process to work through, not a list to follow.

There's no standard Elevate wardrobe

What's probably been keeping you stuck

A few quiet beliefs, and why they've been working against you.

None of that is a character flaw. It's just what happens when you never learned and practiced the skill of dressing well.

Most of those rules were decided years ago, off the back of one bad experience in a changing room, or advice that was never really for you.

A lot of what you've ruled out has likely not been revisited recently.

"I Already know what doesn't suit me."

It's actually the other way round. You dress well for the body and the life you have now, and the confidence follows.

Waiting for the "after" version of you before you'll invest in how you look means you stay in limbo for longer than you need to.

"I'll feel more confident once I've sorted my body/ weight/  life out."

You'd invest in a life or business coach, a therapist, a mentor, without a second thought. Style, you've probably told yourself, is frivolous. It isn't.

How you look is connected to how you feel, and how you feel affects how you show up and perform. That's not vanity. That's self-respect with better tailoring.

"Caring about this feels a bit vain."

A personal shopping appointment, a wardrobe clear-out, a Pinterest board. It felt good for a week, then life took over.

None of those actually taught you anything. They gave you a result and moved on. Results don't survive a busy week. Thinking does. That's the difference this time.

"I've tried this before, and it didn't stick."

The Style Reset course inside Elevate isn't a load of style tips; it’s a proven strategy. Three modules, each one building on the last, that take you from not knowing where to start to a wardrobe and a way of dressing that actually works.

Here's the process

You'll define your personal brand values - what you want people to know about you when they see you. Most women skip this step entirely and go straight to shopping, which is exactly why so much of what's hanging in there right now doesn't get worn.

So everything you do from here on is grounded in your real life, not a guess.

Before anything changes in your wardrobe, you'll get clear on what you and your life actually need from your wardrobe.

Module 1: Reconnect With You.

You'll find your own signature style and build your own repeatable formulas; your elevated uniform. This is the missing piece most women have never had: a clear, personal answer to "what actually works for me" rather than generic rules that were never really written with them in mind.

So you can stop reinventing the wheel every time you get dressed.

With that groundwork in place, you'll uncover your own aesthetic preferences and discover your ideal colour palette.

Module 2: Define Your Style Vision.

You’ll do a thorough wardrobe review and see exactly what earns its place and what doesn't, and learn about the two types of clothing - something that fixes most "wardrobe full of clothes, nothing to wear" problems. You’ll find out how to shop, what core essentials to shop for, and learn easy ways to pull outfits together.

So every new purchase actually gets worn, and your wardrobe finally works as a system.

Now you put it into action.

Module 3: Rebuild With Intention.

You know your colours, your formulas, what to buy and, how and where to shop.

You finally have a process.

Getting dressed and shopping both stop being a source of stress.

You're not just feeling clearer and beginning to actually enjoy getting dressed;

By the end of the three modules

How far you get in 12 weeks depends on how much time you invest. Some come in with a bit of space in the diary, a budget ready to go, and really throw themselves at it. They get their wardrobe sorted for the next season quickly. However, most members are doing this alongside work, or kids, or both, so they may take a bit longer. Some people like to go at things full throttle, others take their time. It’s up to you. You'll still make real, visible progress either way.

Style is never going to be one-and-done. Your body will keep changing. Your life will keep moving. That's true whether you race through the programme or take more time.

What changes in 12 weeks

  • The morning friction starts to lift. You're not standing there dreading dressing every day.

  • You've got a small handful of outfits you actually love wearing, not just a wardrobe full of maybes.

  • You start to understand why you've been stuck, instead of just feeling vaguely wrong every morning.

  • You've had coaching on your actual questions, not generic advice, and feel seen and understood.

  • You've started making decisions with intention instead of guesswork.

  • You realise it’s not just you that finds it hard, and that you don’t need to do it alone.

  • Once you know how to see style, you can't unsee it.

It just becomes normal. You stop expecting to feel good when you get dressed. You accept the settling. And you miss out on feeling as good as you actually could.

What changes in 12 weeks, whatever your pace:

And here's the reason this is worth doing now, not eventually.
Left alone, this doesn't resolve itself.

One thing to mention in case you're wondering. Elevate isn’t full of fashionistas. Most members aren't that into fashion, though they may remember a time when they enjoyed dressing. Most don't enjoy shopping. Some work from home in jeans, some are in corporate offices, most are somewhere in between. You don't need a corporate wardrobe or a love of clothes to belong here. You just need to be done with the guesswork.

Elevate is for you if

You're ready to stop guessing and actually understand your own style, not copy someone else's.

You've got plenty of clothes and still can't build an outfit from them.

You're tired of spending money on things that don't earn their place.

You want honest, direct advice, without body-shape rules or a shopping list of must-buy items.

You're willing to show up, do the work, ask questions and try things, even if the last attempt didn't stick.

The truth is, many women say they wish they had a wardrobe that worked and that getting dressed felt effortless. The truth is, the women who have that put the time in. Nobody wakes up with it. It's a bit like wanting the muscles of someone who trains most days while you're mostly watching TV. You don't get a result without engaging in the process too.

The change in your style happens in front of your own mirror, with your own wardrobe, not from watching a video or reading a book. And Elevate is easier than doing it alone, and more enjoyable than you'd expect, because you've got a framework and a room of women doing it alongside you. But you do need to want it enough to show up.

If you're in a season of life right now with nothing left, a brutal work schedule, caretaking responsibilities that leave no room, this isn't the right moment. Come back when it is. I'd rather you join when you can actually get the value.

Elevate isn't a magic wand.

Real Women, Real Results

Marian's story.

— Marian Condie

Finance Manager, London

My life had shrank and I felt my personality had shrunk. The more you dress down yourself to the outside world, you shrink. I was becoming invisible at work, overlooked for projects I thought I should have had. I didn't want to go out of my career feeling written off.

There isn't a single day now that I don't go out of the house, and half a dozen people say, " You look great.”
I'm being asked my opinion again in the way I would have been seven or eight years ago. That had just gone.
I didn't expect to have so much joy in getting dressed. I am proof that it is not too late.

AILEEN HUGHES

Financial Services (UK)

Through the process I’ve discovered things that I didn’t even know were functional parts of presenting myself, and there have been lots of great surprises along the way! Now, I know the gaps in my wardrobe and what I want to add next, so I’m not just going around town, wasting time looking at clothes in colours that don’t work for me or my capsule wardrobe. There’s more joy in shopping because I’m less overwhelmed by the range and choice now that I know exactly what I’m looking for.

"I know the gaps in my wardrobe. I'm not wasting time with clothes don’t work for me.
There’s more joy in shopping now that I know exactly what I’m looking for."

What's the cost of not investing in yourself and your style? It's buying more things, buying duplicates, scrolling late at night and buying things that you'll end up returning. You're wasting more time and money by not just pushing pause and investing in yourself. Lizzie’s process helped me, and it's going to help you understand the style you're trying to achieve and pinpoint the steps to get there.

KEMPER BRENNAN

Founder & Brand Strategist (USA)

"Lizzie’s process helped me, and it's going to help you understand the style you're trying to achieve

I have always liked looking nice but never enjoyed going to the stores and found it quite exhausting. I’ve learned so much and found your training to be bite-sized and helpful. It’s been a very enjoyable process of self-discovery, and I feel eternally grateful for your structured, vision-oriented process and all the encouragement you constantly give. I feel you’ve been guiding me all the way, and you’ve been there when I needed to get perspective. I couldn’t have done it without you!

OXANA MIRISCHENKO

Partner KPMG (UK)

"I feel eternally grateful for your structured, vision-oriented process"

I love how technical and practical Lizzie’s advice is. A few seemingly small tips and tricks can be revolutionary - wait until you watch her masterclass on contrast! While there is an element of ‘modernising’ for many of us, Lizzie doesn’t try to dress us in a particular style or fashion, it’s all about being yourself, but better. I certainly look and feel so much better!

JESS CARTER

Journalist & Media Trainer(UK)

"I love how technical and practical Lizzie’s advice is. A few seemingly small tips can be revolutionary"

I just felt a bit lost, not knowing what to do, not very confident about it, and not really having friends that I thought could help. I think the type of person Elevate is for isn’t defined by age or profession or even whether they work or don’t work. It’s much more around how you feel in yourself and your confidence around choosing clothes and looks that reflect who you are. And what Elevate’s good at is helping you actually think through who you are so that you can then say, okay, how do I portray that through what I wear?

 — Antoinette Oglethorpe
 Professional Speaker and Author

I have a more discerning eye and I’m definitely more confident when putting an outfit together. Previously I would receive an invitation and then stress about having to buy something to wear, buying something in a hurry and not be happy with it and this has completely changed. I now feel confident I’ve got something suitable for most occasions and it feels great.

KATIE HUGHES

Information Manager (Australia)

"I'd stress about WHAT to wear, this has completely changed."

I love the variety of training. The whole group is supportive, honest and committed to each others’ success. Feedback from a relative stranger brings a fresh perspective that your best friend or colleague would not see or share. We are all learning together as a community under Lizzie’s expert guidance.

ELAINE ROBERTS

Change Consultant (UK)

"I love the variety of training. The whole group'S supportive & committed to each others’ success"

Getting dressed was taking up as much headspace as planning and delivering the event itself. I didn't want it to be another part of preparing for something that was bringing my confidence levels down.
Before Elevate I had individual pieces. Now I have outfits. I don't want my clothes to be louder than I am. I want them to have this great supporting role that helps me be more me.

Andree Davis

RHS Gold Medal Award-Winning Landscape Architect

"Before Elevate I had individual pieces. Now I have outfits."

Day to day, I felt old. I felt like the exterior me didn't match the interior me and didn't reflect my years of experience, my relevance, or my energy. On a daily basis, looking at that in the mirror, that's really hard to live with.
When I get dressed and do it well, it feels easy. I feel proud. Not show-off, not too ostentatious, but it gives me confidence, and I know that helps me show up with authority. It helps me show up with presence.

Sarah McKinnon

Organisation Development Consultant

"When I get dressed and do it well, it feels easy."

Courtney Van de Weyer

I was in month five of wearing a winter wardrobe which was the exact same thing every single day. Black trousers and a black sweater. My 50th birthday was approaching and I just thought, I have to do something. I can't enter my 50s this way.  I didn't wait until I'd lost the weight. I think I lost the weight because I started paying attention to clothing.  And there were immediate wins that made me feel better within a few weeks. Less than that.

It's a guided network of women all just trying not to have clothes be a stress.

"I didn't wait until I'd lost the weight. I think I lost the weight because I started paying attention to clothing."

Jillian Shedden

Managing Director, Motorsport Business, Scotland

I was just such an impulse buyer. I had so many wardrobe items that didn’t go together. Far too many statement pieces, and I didn’t actually understand that you need the basics to go around them. Elevate will just give you clarity. It will stop this muddle where you feel like, I don’t know what to wear, I don’t know what suits me, I don’t know what colours to wear.

"I was just such an impulse buyer. I had so many wardrobe items that didn’t go together. Elevate will just give you clarity."

Julie HAMBLETON

“I wanted to find myself again because I felt like it wasn’t really me anymore. I’m quite confident in work environments, but I wasn’t feeling like I was projecting my best, like I wasn’t hitting the right note for who I really was. Now I buy less but I buy better. If you could have fast-forwarded six months ago to where I am now, I probably wouldn’t have believed that I would feel so polished so much more regularly.”

I would absolutely urge anybody to just dive in and don't sit on the fence. I couldn't have achieved that transformation without that guidance. I am proof it is not too late. Meet Lizzie

My 7 Rs framework, from my bestselling book Look Like the Leader You Are, is the foundation of The Style Reset course in Elevate.

I built Elevate because intelligent, successful women don't need more disconnected style advice from another account online. They need a framework, someone direct enough to tell them the truth, and people around them going through the same thing.

I won't tell you to dress your body shape. I won't put you in a category. I won't hand you a list of items that every woman is supposed to own. I help you work out what's actually true for you, and how to act on it with confidence.

I'm Lizzie Edwards. Style strategist, style coach, and an in-demand personal stylist to high-achieving women for over twenty years.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from hiring a 1:1 stylist?

A 1:1 stylist shops for you, at a cost that starts well above what Elevate costs. Elevate teaches you the skill of style for yourself, with direct coaching support, so you're not dependent on anyone once the 12 weeks end.

Do I need to attend every live call?

No. Every call is recorded and you can send questions in advance. But you'll get more out of Elevate the more you show up, and the guarantee requires at least one live call.

Will this work if I hate shopping or don't want to overhaul my wardrobe right now?

Yes. Elevate is about learning the skill, not starting from scratch or buying a new wardrobe.

Most members realise they don't need more clothes, they need the right ones, and Elevate shows you exactly which.

How many people are actually on the calls?

This is a group coaching programme, not a webinar with hundreds of faces. Calls usually have between 10 and 20 people, so there's real time to get your question answered. Think of it more like a mastermind: like-minded women with genuinely useful insight and recommendations, in a supportive room. And the support doesn't stop when the call ends, the community is there in between too.

What if I don't have much time?

Be honest with yourself here. Elevate is built for busy women, with short lessons and flexible calls, but it does need you to show up over the 12 weeks. If you have genuinely nothing to give right now, wait until you do.

Do I need to live in the UK?

No. Members join from all over the world.

What platform is Elevate hosted on? Do I need Facebook to access the content?

No, you don’t need Facebook! Elevate is hosted on a platform called Mighty Networks, which you can access either through your web browser or by downloading the Mighty Networks app. All the styling materials, flat lays, and community discussions happen within this dedicated platform - it’s much more private and focused than social media.

Understandable, and also the thing almost every member says surprised them most, in a good way. The Elevate community is direct, warm and encouraging. Everyone's at a different stage. You'll fit in.

What if I'm nervous about joining a group?

Don't sit on the fence. Invest in you. The only question is: are you worth it? If you are, Elevate is for you.

"Don't sit on the fence. Invest in you."

This was never really about the clothes. Dressing well isn't vanity. It's vitality. It's a quiet signal to yourself, before it's one to anyone else, that you're not done yet. You're just getting reacquainted.

You don't need another pile of clothes. You need clarity, a framework, and someone straight with you while you use it.
